Gilligan’s Island ‘Trailer’

I came across a cool AI-generated video by Matt Wolfe ( and how cool a name is that?) creating a version of Batman in the style of Wes Anderson.
I’ve been following Matt for a while now because his videos include good step-by-step instructions for leveraging AI in various media.
And when I saw his ‘Wes Anderson does Batman’ with Wilhem Defoe, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jason Schwartzmann, Gene Hackman, and Bill Murray — I figured I’d give it a whirl myself.
I decided to go with ‘Wes Anderson does Gilligan’s Island’ I cast Elon Musk as Gilligan, Larry David as the Skipper, and Bill Gates as the Professor.
I created them all on Midjourney. However, when it came time to upload to D-ID, I was unable to get the closest likeness of Elon to load. Something about violating the terms using celebrities — though I was able to get Larry and Bill through the process with no problems.
Sure, the likeness of Elon is less than stellar, but it was a lot of fun to go though the process. Here’s what I ended up with:
